I’m in my 25th year in real estate; prior to the last downturn, I was Senior VP for a San Diego Financial institution (9 years); now, I’m back to selling real estate–it’s great! Why? ”Senior VP” was just high enough on the food chain to make plenty of trouble in my life; I had ultimate responsibility for about everything, but little real control over the business our company did.
Now I am in control of the business that I do; among other things, I’ve done the following in the real estate business: - Sold real estate; this has been the “bread and butter” for most of my business life, whether I was engaged in lending on it, or in selling it, or marketing a company that did loans on it. I’ve sold land, small commercial, residential, investment property–everything but large commercial/industrial projects.
- Worked as an independent consultant (I have a broker’s license, so I can do that);
- Evaluated, originated, funded, and sold private money loans (commonly called hard money);
- Marketed the company that I worked for as an internet and brick and mortar company.
I’m currently licensed as a California real estate broker, License Number 00869762

I was fortunate to get a wide range of experience in real estate in several positions: as Vice President of Finance, as Chief Technology Officer, and also working as a consultant. I still work on projects related to these positions, but I enjoy most working on the ground helping people with their real estate decisions and investments.
The most satisfying part of this work is seeing a client happy from our hard work. That can't be replaced by any other type of performance. I sincerely hope that we get an opportunity to help you. My broker license # is 01442087
